You have to respect noodles. It's not something fast and easy, but a rather serious product. Advice along the lines of ⌠boil and serve with grated cheese■ or ⌠with onions and broiled carrots■ sounds just a little too simple. That is why we decided to award Vermicelli's disk to manager Borodin, Pavel Yurievich, who came up with the best way to prepare already made noodles. Pavel Yurievich is already familiar to us: he participates in all our contests, and sometimes even wins. This time he did it again.

⌠To prepare noodles and call them ORCHESTRA really isn't such a hard thing to do. But to make PANCAKES out of ORCHESTRA noodles (a recipe that you probably already know)- I'll have to help you with that,■ General Borodin declared, and helped. ⌠You take a big pot, put noodles in and cover them with cold water. Leave them like that for about 24 hours. After that, the pot will contain the perfect dough for ▒Orchestra pancakes,' to which you don't need to add anything┘■ If anyone decides to go ahead with this recipe, keep in mind: ⌠This dough makes great pancakes. But if you try to make paper thin blintzes or crepes, it won't work.■
